More good news...Christopher Zerbe has joined the Nashville Cooks! team! This is very exciting as Chris is temporarily living and working in Dubai, United Arab Emerites. He is an exceptional chef and is going to treat us all to some authentic Middle East fare in every issue!

Avec Pleasure! I am looking forward to contributing! Also There should be a new member as of late from the Nashville Culinary scene Mary Labate ( Currently the Head Pastry Guru at the Union Hotel)! I'm positive that she will contribute some killer recipes and insight into the Pastry and baking world we all love so much!!
